TAX EXEMPT ORDERS
Tax exempt orders can be placed on line
however.. it is IMPERATIVE that you fill in
your entity/agency name in the "Business Name"
section pictured below when you place your order.
in the "Misc Order Instructions" box.. type in
a message like "This order is for the Virginia
Department of ... and we are tax exempt"
Once the restaurant receives your order, they
will adjust the tax off when you pay with your
organization approved credit card.
Email your tax exemption forms to:
and reference your order date.
Due to reporting requirements, we must be able to
show who was given a tax exemption, we must have
your sales tax exemption form on file and you must
pay with an approved method per Virginia Department
of Taxation guidelines.
* There is a Delivery Charge ranging from $16 to $60 depending on where the delivery is made.
There is $10 surcharge if the order has trays.
Normal Delivery Hours are:
Downtown Richmond ; 9am - 2pm Monday - Friday
Ashland ; 9am - 4pm Tuesday - Friday (Saturday delivery is available from Ashland; see next rule)
There is a $25 surcharge if the order needs to be delivered before 9am; after 4pm; or on weekends. Please call
and speak to a representative to place your order if delivery is needed outside of our normal delivery hours and to check availability.
We utilize a courier service to deliver our orders. The fees accessed cover all costs. Tipping is not necessary.
